I accidently cheated today
I accidentally cheated and drank a chai latte (skim milk) but I realised half way through that chai is mostly sugar 😦
I accidentally created dukan cheesecake.
Basically I put lemon jelly crystals in yogurt and oat bran at the bottom of a bowl and then I put the yogurt on top of it and froze it for a little bit. 🙂
also I discovered that diet coke vanilla is less than 3 cals. so basically one bottle of that is my diet softdrink allowance for each day. but I love it more than anythingso that’s alright.
